Definitely not. The IPM Convention & Exhibition is an immersive, multi-dimensional and fully interactive experience.

There are no borders in a virtual environment, which means that it is easier for delegates to attend, especially international ones – giving you access to a wider and even more diverse audience.

Our immersive environment includes a full virtual exhibition hall with 3D stands that delegates can interact with. By visiting your stand, they can get on-demand access to live videos on-screen, your website and digital marketing material such as brochures, flyers, demos etc. They can also chat with you directly and you can swap digital business cards which you can immediately save to your database.

  • Reporting and Analytics

IPM will package and provide you with measurable data after the Convention, including how many people visited your stand, content downloads, and how they rated their experience at your stand.

  • Delegates are Incentivised to Interact with Exhibitors

Delegates get points for engaging in the virtual environment, so the more stands they visit and engage with – the higher their points. We’re sourcing some great prizes which will be up for grabs!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE?

Before the Convention, we’ll send you a link to download the Convention platform.

Don’t worry – we’ll liaise with your IT department before-hand to ensure there are no security or technical issues (we ask for a contact in your IT department when you register on-line). If downloading the platform is a problem, you can always join through your web browser for a less immersive, but still content rich experience.

The platform works for both PC and Mac users.
